More than 10 years in law, 9 years of the oil and gas industry, technology, management, networks, sales, organization and launch of a business. Murat specialized in HSE and industrial safety projects.

Murat worked as a lawyer more than 13 years in government agencies, in 2010 he joined Bashneft and took a senior position in the Department for the organization of claim and contract work of the enterprise, in 2012 he changed his direction to the labor protection and industrial safety. Further, Murat devoted 7 years to his work in the field of ecology and industrial safety which allowed him to gain a huge amount of experience and become Function SME. Then he moved on and worked as a Vice-President of the oilfield services holding.

Murat was engaged in the organization of work on QHSE process, safety and environmental protection in oilfield services, construction, road, transport and logistics, engineering and drilling companies, also worked in sales, organization and launch of a business. Graduated Ufa Law Institute of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Russian Federation and then continued his education and increased his qualification in economics and oil&gas production specialization.
