Nadim started his career as a production engineer in Lukoil-Western Siberia and then advanced his engineering skills in Artificial Lift methods during 14 years with Schlumberger company, where he built his expertise in different roles in various countries, working on complex projects in Russia, Saudi Arabia, India, and Kuwait.

Nadim advanced his management and business strategy skills during the full-time study at Warwick Business School in the UK.

Graduated with merit and with dissertation thesis for "The development of the criteria for evaluation of Contracts for Difference of the Electricity Market Reform in The United Kingdom". Later Nadim joined the Accenture Strategy team in Moscow, Russia and sharpened his skills working on Strategic projects in different industries.

Nadim holds a Masters of Business Administration Degree from Warwick Business School in the UK, 2016- 2018.

He has also Acquired Chartered engineer certifications of New Zealand, a member of Australia Engineers. Member of United Kingdom Energy Institute.
