Ryan is a highly experienced leader in the oil and gas industry and has been working at the leading positions with major companies throughout his career. He spent nearly 14 years with Baker Hughes, and most recently was President of Artificial Lift in the United States Central and Northeast Regions.

Prior to this role, he was Managing Director and Vice-President for all of Baker Hughes’ product lines in the United States Central and Northeast Regions. He also was Director of Artificial Lift for Europe, Africa, and Russia.

Ryan has a detailed global understanding of the oil and gas industry, and he has worked at the executive level with major oil and gas companies throughout his career. Most recently, Ryan has invested and help lead startups in the financial technology industry.

He is an active board member for R8 group based in London, UK and helped secure a recent capital raise for the company. Ryan has a degree in International Business from the University of Tulsa and an MBA with honors from Thunderbird School of Global Management.
