15 years in Oil & Gas spent focusing on production solutions and Artificial Lift. In depth technical knowedge of production domain and operations experience obtained during succesful carrer with Schlumberger. Later developed customer problem solving skills with Accenture.

Olesya started her career in 2006 in Schlumberger. She joined company as a Junior Field Engineer and worked on different Russian locations. She was Application and Optimization Engineering team leader on Sakhalin. Acted as Real Time subject matter expert and manager organization and start-up of 1st in Russia real time monitoring center in Tyumen.

Starting from 2016 Olesya became project manager for Artificial Lift in Caspian region, and also participated in pilot technologies development and implementation.

In 2018 Olesya joined Accenture, resources practice, as an Upstream expert. Participated in projects related to upstream digital transformation such as Digital Oilfield concept implementation, key production processes visualization, industrial data management for major Russian operators.

At the end of 2018 Olesya joined Upstream Lab as a key account manager and is focused on artificial lift projects. Education: Russian State Oil and Gas University named after Gubkin.
